Inter-Dimensional Communication Mechanism

The Inter-Dimensional Communication Mechanism is what is used by the crew of the NefeloMakion from the other dimension and the STAR AnimaLs from this dimension in order to communicate with each other.

It is hinted at during a conversation between Merck and Astel on December 4, 2022 after a singing stream^[2], but is only brought up directly during Twin Crew Stars on December 7, 2022^[3].

• In this dimension, the animal Merck is involved in its upkeep^[4]
  • On December 4, 2022, he is prompted on the status of the communication system by Astel: “How's preparations for the communication system going, Merck? It's necessary for our mission. I'm counting on you for the adjustments till the end.”
• In the other dimension, Knoll is involved in receiving messages, and is also able to unlock Pollneu's features through it^[5]
  • On December 7, 2022, Knoll says the following: “I can't fully unlock the functions of the vessel yet but I've unlocked a few! I'll make sure to work on it along with the message receiving!”
• The system is able to send through memories and abilities from the other dimension to this one, but only to the specific counterpart of the sender^[6]
  • On December 7, 2022, Juke says the following: “You are…? Ah, right. You were the one in charge of establishing the communication system. Thanks to you, we were able to send our power/ability^[7] ahead of time. Perhaps, it may have already been passed to the counterparts of your dimension. Please find our counterparts there just like how you found us before.”
• They are as of yet unable to send through their physical bodies through dimensions^[8]
  • On December 7, 2022, Phruity says the following: “You haven't forgotten us, have you? We still can't come over there but, someday…”
