The **Inter-Dimensional Communication Mechanism** is what is used by the crew of the [[nefelomakion|NefeloMakion]] from the [[dimensions|other dimension]] and the [[star_animals|STAR AnimaLs]] from [[dimensions|this dimension]] in order to communicate with each other. 

It is hinted at during a conversation between [[merck|Merck]] and [[astel_leda|Astel]] on December 4, 2022 after a singing stream[([[https://youtu.be/4dR7QX6Haag?t=4195|【Sing】こ～～～えが～～～きこえる～～～～～ / アステル]], streamed December 4, 2022.)], but is only brought up directly during [[twin_crew_stars|Twin Crew Stars]] on December 7, 2022[(#1)].
